游泳前的準備 – 熱身運動
應該熱身10到15分鐘,活動關節以及各部位肌肉,防止入水過冷而抽筋。
游泳前進行溫水沐浴後再入水,就不會感覺很冷。因為溫水沐浴(在30-40℃之間)能夠帶走身上的部分熱量,這樣會使你的體溫接近水池中的溫度(一般為27℃左右)。
